  • GKE Mini-Bio-Plus self-contained biological indicators (SCBI) for validation and routine monitoring in special process challenge devices (PCD)

  • Consisting of a plastic ampoule with extremely small internal volume, including spore plate inoculated with G. stearothermophilus , glass ampoule with nutrient medium, pH indicator outside the glass ampoule
  • Available in two versions (121°C and 134°C) with different populations:
      • 105  CFU/carrier according to DIN EN ISO 11138-1 + 3 and USP
      • 106  CFU/carrier according to DIN EN ISO 11138-1 + 3, USP and EP

  • Label with chemical indicator type 1 according to DIN EN ISO 11140-1

  • Incubation by the user possible, suitable GKE incubators and crushers available
